Any good games with an The Vanishing of Ethan Carter vibe?

I’m a big fan of games that make me feel like an investigator in a weird, supernatural mystery—like Alan Wake, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, or even something X-Files inspired.
I’m looking for something with tense, slow-burn storytelling, eerie locations, and a sense of unease rather than just action-packed horror. Any ideas?

It doesn't check all of your boxes, but Murdered: Soul Suspect has a lot of the elements you're looking for and it's a really great supernatural game with crime solving aspects as a detective, similar to Ethan Carter, but also has a great story to go along with it.

I'd say it's a little more action based, but not really scary/horror based either.
