My BETA skin has disappeared

After the game crashed and restarted, my beta skin disappeared

Did you receive an error pop up during the crash and what did it say?

After killing the Forest Lady (the woman who breathes fire from a car), my game crashed when I switched characters at home. After restarting the game, my beta skin disappeared. I was in a hurry to play the game and didn't save the Unreal Engine 5 error log interface T T. I've tried verifying my game files, but my beta skin still hasn't appeared

Thanks so much for confirming! Do you still have the Beta in your Steam Library? If not, could you please add it and relaunch the main game to see if that fixes the issue?

I still have the Beta in my steam library,but my beta skin still hasn't appeared after multiple restarts

Mhm.. Thank you, you may have to download the Beta again until around 7% and then pause the download and relaunch the game.
I have logged this already but if this helps that would help the team investigate.
