using Slayer Seal make the UI freeze

UI will stuck when trying to equip it , only way to quit is alt F4

Thank you for reporting! We are looking into this issue but in the meantime, please try the following:
- Instead of equipping it from the equipment menu in a beacon, leave the beacon and equip it from the player inventory.
- This can be accessed by "back" button on gamepad or "I" on KBM by default.
