Lost Shade in bottomless pits & Crash wiped 20k ShadePlatform: Xbox complete game

When dying by falling into a pit/ledge, the Shade spawns completely at the bottom of the void, making it impossible to reach and recover.The game suffered a sudden crash to desktop/dashboard while carrying 20,000 Shade. Upon reloading, the entire amount was completely wiped out from my inventory and no Shade was dropped on the floor.
