Cannot fire sidearm using a generic controller

When pressing LT to enter aim mode, RT does nothing despite that UI says press RT to fire. On the controller key binding page, there is no fire sidearm option. However, with keyboard and mouse it works.

As of today, still cannot fire sidearm. I have enough resolve. Works fine with mouse and keyboard.

My controller is IFYOO ONE, a 3rd party controller, its neither a xbox/steam nor a ps controller

Had the same issue today but figured what the issue was.. not sure if this is the case for everyone though. I have an Xbox Fusion Pro 2 controller. My controller has a trigger lock lever that controls the depth of how far the R2 or RT button can be pressed in. So I switched the trigger lock lever so I can press RT fully in and the side arm worked. Also worked on the middle setting after today's patch. Doesn't fire at the 3rd setting, which is the least amount of button press depth... but not a big deal. Just wanted to let the Devs know
