MS2 Completely Broken and Unplayable Now

I've already emailed the dev team about this but still haven't gotten a response. I'm just looking for any other info I can, but it seems I'm the only person with this problem.

My game is unplayable currently. Not only did my 60+ hour save vanish (and recovering it from steam did not work) but the I can't even start over properly. The settings are unchangeable, some of which like the language option just say error. And I have no control of the camera aside from using the snap forward function.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times, verified and repairs files multiple times. Deleted the few mods I did have, including purging UESS4 from the files. But still the game is inoperable. I have no idea what else to try, or if I even have the technical know how to pull it off.

When you did all those things, did you actually delete the FOLDER inside of your Steam Directory (Folder)?

Uninstall Mortal Shell 2 -> ...Steam\steamapps\common\Sparta -> Delete "Sparta" folder -> Install Mortal Shell 2
