Completed the Demo version, but in full game don't have the save file.

Devs said that part of the progress will be transferred to the full game.

If you played the Beta for 30 minutes, you get the skin and the ability to skip the prologue. If you skip the prologue, you will get currency/gloom etc near the same amount as you would have picked up.

same, started the game and don't have red skin, demo was completed on 100%, you can check in my profile

Not working, I have the same issue. finished the beta entirely, got nothing. Please look into it.

Yeah there’s an issue going on with the data detection it seems

1. Go to %appadata%/local,
2. Look for mortal shell 2/Saved/SaveGames
3. Copy all the files to a safe space.
4. Delete WorldState_0.sav
5. Rename Demo_WorldState_0.sav to WorldState_0.sav
Now you have all the demo progress in the full game.

I fix this. Guys, try this:
re-add the Beta to your library and downloan just 5% of it. And then re-launch the main game. I have all awards now

That seems risky, they are not moving over progress for a reason. Do you know what changed in the full version? If not, this could corrupt your playthrough. I personally will not risk it, but you do you.

Hi everyone, we're seeing these reports and trying to determine consistencies across users.
Can you please reply to confirm:
- if you have uninstalled the Beta or not?
- if you have tried verifying game files
- if you have reinstalled the game?
- if you have restarted Steam?
We're trying to narrow down why some people are seeing their rewards straight away and why others aren't.

This worked, seems like you need the files from the Beta Client still on your PC to move progress over.

Unsure if it affects anything but the beta did not have cloud saves enabled apparently, I've completed it on two computers and the save game was missing on the second computer.

So if you are looking for the save game like that, well it ain't there in these situations.

i redownloaded about 7% of the beta and paused it then started the main game to get the stuff.
