builders = more workers (more or less ineffective, position better used for another job in my opinion)
By the way, the manual tells you that as well. ;)
Apart from the manual there's also this:

The problem is that there's so small knights limit. I cant make lots of armies just because I have no space for lords. 9 is too few for me. Im playing as Poland, and I've captured like 40% of whole Europe, but I usually have lots of rebellions and invasions so I cant defend myself!
I have 4 Marshals with almost the best armies in the game, but I cant defend my country just because Im fighting with Mongolia, Bohemia and Sicily and they attack me from opposite sides!
My country is too big, so it takes a lot of time to get from one of it's corner to another.
I am also upgrading movement skill that increases marshals' movement speed but it doesnt make them fast enough for adequate defence.
All I can do is to give part of my country to one random country nearby and then recapture it later in the end of the game, when whole Europe will be conquered except of this country. But it doesnt make sense and its very uncomfortable. They could just do expendable knights limit and it would be nice and lovely to play this game.
If you have some mods or advices regarding my problem - you can add me on steam and we will discuss it privately. Thanks.
