Forming Byzantium

Hey guys, I just have a general question and I'm sorry if this has been asked before.

I am playing as Epirus and I want to form the Byzantine Empire.
Sorry if some of the province names are not correct because I am playing this in German.

For this Athens, Saloniki and Latin are not allowed to exist (check)
I need to have Hellas, Epirus, Saloniki, Thracia, Anatolia, Nicaea, Antalya and Trapezunt.
I own all of these provinces too, but I also have Crete, Kappadokia and Sinop.
I am currently at war with Antioch, the Seljuks and the Fatimids (pretty sure you know who I mean :D).
How do I form it now? Is there a mesage or is it just formed and I could not decline it (even if I wanted to)?
Do I have to lose the provinces I do not need?
Do I need to be at peace with all nations?
Does Nicaea have to be destroyed (they are currently just holding Cyprus)?

These are events and its just formed, as far as i recall.
Pretty sure you need to be at peace, but no idea if a realm may exist with the name
of Nicaea while it does not own Nicaea. Though that sounds as if it makes sense...

Do you know which file contains the information ?

Unite Byzantia
- Count for kingdoms: Epir, Nicaea, Trebizond
- Periods: High
Conditions
- Has realms: Epirus, Hellas, Solun, Thrace, Nicaea, Anatolia,
Antalya, Trebizond
- Kingdoms not existing: Saloniki, Athens, Latins
- Required religion: Orthodox
- Realms will join: Cyprus, Cappadocia, Rum, Kilikia, Crete

ok, i offered the realms, which i had and which join after forming byzantium for peace.
After I was at peace with everyone icould form it an get the realms back :D
