End Game

So I have paid off my contract, and I am in the Freeplay mode at the end. I still have a note that I need to complete all the Star missions to find out what it was really all about. And I think I've done them all. I noticed that Darcille was marked with a hollow star, so I explored that all the way to the 10th and bottom level. I don't see anything left to do in order to satisfy the last requirement. I am curious to find out what this big reveal will be.

OK, found that, made some progress. Now I'm supposed to go catch some fish. But I'm not sure where to get fishing pole or bait

Got a fishing rod, caught the fish I was supposed to, 3x Weeper and 2x Charful, now I'm supposed to return them to "Peaches". But I don't remember who or where that is. This is the problem with doing this in bits and pieces over such a long time, LOL

Does anybody remember who and where this "Peaches" might be?

Now I have the cat with me. It says I'm supposed to search around inside Megista and Peaches will meow when I find something suspicious. Hmmm...
