Snoozie location

I am doing the "the head doctor and the mysterious illness" quest and after getting the items needed i now cant find Snoozie to give her the items
Does anyone know where i might find her?

the cat is in the house at the top left in the main town: Old Capital Megista - Horseshoe street. You need to visit in the evening, as the house is locked during the day.
