Yes, if your EA account is linked to both your PSN account and your Steam account.
I played through a MLB RTG on the Xbox Series X. After my senior year, I exported to Madden 25. When I launched Madden 25 (through Steam) and navigated to Superstar mode, it prompted me to confirm that I'd like to import my RTG player.
So, this should work for PSN, assuming you are using 1 EA account that is linked to both your PSN and Steam accounts.
