changing both teams uniforms

when playing in Sim mode how do you change both teams uniforms

In franchise - Last screen before the game starts has edit your uniform and edit CPU uniform I believe, on your side to the options, bottom two options? I've found it necessary to check this in late season games to make sure neither side could potentially blend into snow!

(Would like to know if there is a place to check the weather in the coming game, haven't seen that myself.)
