Sonia ring?

I just found Sonia ring, what do I do with it? I haven't went to the Stormtop yet. Only finish the side quest where oyu light 4 torches.

I just beat the game with the "human" route, and I never had an opportunity to return Sonia's ring. Tried to go back to her before and after missions, but no conversation option allowed for this.

How do you get Human route? What kind of I'm suppose to choose?
