Mura is nothing. The real problems used to be in kayak vr mirage (I remember something). But the list of games is probably long.

This is describing a lighting issue, check that the room is suitably lit for VR and increase lighting if necessary.
If the headset is connected using a type-C extension cable, use it without the cable.
Connect the VR adapter to a different USB 3.0 port at the back of the motherboard.
SteamVR 2.9 includes additional fixes for stuttering issues. Please update to the newest version including the PlayStation VR2 app.
