Report a translation problem
Disable and exit any overclocking software (graphics card or processor) and revert any RAM overclocking to the standard speed.
Disconnect any external USB hubs if they are connected (even if the PC adapter is not connected to it).
Disconnect any additional USB peripherals that aren't needed while using VR, like storage drives, printers, gamepads etc.
Connect the VR adapter USB-A cable to a USB 3.0 port at the at the back of the computer on the motherboard.
Temporarily disable Windows fast startup.
Update your computer. Download and install the following from the manufacturer website...
- Install the newest Motherboard bios update.
- Install the newest Motherboard chipset driver software and restart the computer.
- Use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall the old graphics card software and Install the newest Graphics card software, include all components for installation and restart the computer.
- Start Steam as administrator, load the PlayStation VR2 app, install any firmware upgrades if they are displayed and start SteamVR manually (using the VR shortcut at the top of the toolbar or via the Steam library).
Enable Windows fast startup when it is all installed.
If the previous suggestions haven't helped and the issue is occurring with a non-Sony adapter, try the Sony adapter instead.

Hopefully its not from the adapter, i believe its my old logitech webcam software from the event logs i see. i uninstall the software and unplug the camera and il see if i dont have random freezes again.
Try connecting the VR adapter to a different power socket (without using an extension adapter).
Connect the VR adapter to a different USB 3.0 port on the back of the computer (motherboard).
Don't switch on the headset until after the PlayStation VR2 app is started or the SteamVR app is started.
If you need to restart the computer, the PSVR2 should be switched off before restarting the machine.
If those aren't working, it probably needs returning to the retailer for a replacement.
Is it a Sony adapter or an aftermarket / off-brand adapter?
