If the Display cable is 3M or longer, please use a shorter cable as this could cause issues (depending on the cable quality).
If the PSVR2 adapter cables are connected to the USB or Display Port connections via an external hub, this should be disconnected and instead connected directly to the computer USB-A port and graphics card Display Port.
If the above are fine, you can exit both applications and try connecting it to a differerent display port on the same graphics card instead. Then launch PlayStation VR2 application before starting SteamVR and have them both active.
If the error is repeated, please enable the integrated graphics card if it has the feature via device manager or the bios, and try uninstalling the display driver for both integrated graphics and dedicated graphics card.
- Then after restarting, install the most current driver for both the graphics cards from the manufacturer website.
- You may want to install the most current Motherboard chipset driver software from the Manufacturer website, before launching the PlayStation VR2 application again.
- You can confirm the model of your motherboard by opening the Windows "System Information" application and selecting the "System Summary" headset. Check the value in "System Model" or "BaseBoard Product"
If the failure repeats itself, please uninistall the SteamVR and PlayStation VR2 application and restart the computer. Then launch Steam as administrator, by right clicking the shortcut and clicking "Run as Administrator" and begin by installing SteamVR before the PlayStation VR2 application and when both are done, complete the installation steps in the PlayStation VR2 application.
When the installation is complete, you may need to confirm the SteamVR settings are correct. Check the SteamVR settings and click on the OpenXR tab, if the current runtime displays "Oculus" or anything different to "SteamVR", please click the button that indicates "Set SteamVR as OpenXR runtime".
If this has not worked, I suggest contacting Sony support.

An old version of the application, if for some reason you don't want the github version. Older, slightly less powerful.

When checking basic model id's, Device Manager and System Information are usually fine.
For diagnosing USB connection errors or Driver issues with the PSVR2, Hardware Info 64 is very good as it displays the devices connected to the motherboard and the status of each device connected.
It lists the max speed of the connected device and the current speed it is functioning at.

The Open has probably been abandoned or paused for a longer period of time
hwinfo - I used it but I stopped I don't remember why.
I don't need a program to check components.
I use libre (until recently I used open) to log system parameters.
But thank you for recommending the program.
Instead of writing the same thing for 10 days, in 12 different topics, maybe you might consider reading the answer and following the tips.
I thought you were a kid, but you've had a steam account for 19 years. None of us will do it instead of you, because no one is sitting in front of your monitor.
Using NVIDIA RTX 4090.
I connected my Monitor via HDMI Cable and PSVR 2 Adapter via DisplayPort Cable and it worked immediately.
