I'm not actively using it, but maybe it will work

(Bigscreen Beta)
I suggest finding some website that lets you download SBS/OU 3d video files as like is mentioned 3d blurays will not work in vr, the only way for those to work is to use either a 3d capable monitor or projector and have a appropriate 3d pc player like potplayer or the now old a defunct powerdvd 19, as the type of 3d that blurays use is different as it is usually the 3d type known as frame packed which require powered glasses to view them.
The formats i suggested you find will work in vr with majority of vr media players such as Bigscreen, DEO video player, even the mutli use tool know as virtual desktop has these options plus virtual desktop also has the old anaglyph type for the old red/blue glasses type.
However, what I do not know is how one might go about using that app in the PSVR2 via a PC. It seems to be a Quest app only, so not even sure it would be possible through Revive. I would love to find out if that is an option somehow! And if that's not currently possible, maybe the devs will also bring their app to Steam instead...
The Big Screen app sucks. The best VR player I use is HereSphere VR Player. You can change the video settings to Side by Side 3D and change the viewing perspective
But do you see the difference that one is free and the other is paid and quite expensive?
There are a lot of free players out there, and most have drawbacks.
Big Screen - It is a good compromise for a non-advanced user.
Is it the best among the free ones, not for me.
Can it compete with many paid ones, in my opinion yes.
Can I recommend a paid one with a clear conscience - no, but maybe someone else can.
I've tried them all over the last 2 years and they all suck.
Paying for HereSphere was absolutely worth it. I probably have over 200 hours logged on steam.
I use a player from outside steam. But this is not a solution for the typical steam user.
Then B3D2MK3D to make that a 3D MKV in the 3D format of your choice (side to side, top and bottom, etc).
Then something like Whirlygig should work, likely in theater mode.
I haven't tried it yet, sort of a backlog task.
I found some page that suggested the K-Lite Codec Pack. There is a version that includes madVR and Media Player Classic. I installed these and did some configuration and now the Media Player is playing the 3D BluRay in OverUnder view.
Now the VR stuff. I tried Bigscreen first and this is very bad. You won't get a smooth viewing expirience it lags and stutters as hell.
So my solution for now is Virtual Desktop. It is very easy to use and it has no lags at all.
I will also try HereSphere but I think I already have my solution with Virtual Desktop and its only have the price of HereSphere.
