When scanning the play area, there is no view (Only Black)

I have a serious problem. I was able to connect the PSVR2 with the PC correctly, but when setting up the play area, where I am suppose to look around to scan my room, the screen is black. I can see the orange color when moving my head and gets erased, but I can't see my room, it is black, therefore my room doesn't get scanned correctly.
I clicked the Camera button to switch to the camera view, but nothing happens.

When I am on Home steam, I can see that the floor isn't calibrated correctly, the height is wrong. But when I hit the camera view button I can see my room, but only during the Room-scanning setup the view is black.

Any idea how to solve this problem, please?

i had this problem because the adapter was plug in a wrong usb port maybe switch it

Had the same issue with mine. Had to switch over to a couple of other USB ports until it found a port where it worked. (USB 3.0 port, probably.)

So you didn't need to remove the driver then re-install it ?

OK I solved the problem.

I just connected the USB cable to another input, one in the back instead in the front one, and that solved it.

Yes change to another usb 3.0 IT should work
