Black screen with room setup

Hi,

I got a problem with the room setup.
When it needs to scan the room its a blackscreen with orange.
When i need to set the floor height it is black and instant done
Also manualy set room space is blackscreen.

In games iam on the ground and also in the SteamVR home iam on the ground.. (because i cannot edit the floor height ofc).

Setup:

i7 9700K
RX7800XT (latest drivers)

Anyone els with this problem? or any tip i can check?

Yes, I have the same problem. When you redo the setup in the PSVR2, you should be able to set ground height correctly. I also saw a bit of the room, but very dark and with a wrong orientation (the screens right in front of me were shown to the left).

Sony has to fix this. It's a bug in their software.

Changing the USB port for the bluetooth adapter worked for me. Next PC I'm building will have BT built into the motherboard.

You can buy a pcie card.
Wifi card with bluetooth does not need to be built into the motherboard.

Same problem, I can't see anything when I do room scaling, but I can change the height.
Tried to change the display port cable to version 2.1, it did not help

connecting it to different usb port worked for me
