At the moment, nope. Maybe the public can make it happen but right now these official drivers do not support eye tracking.

"PS VR2 was designed from the ground up specifically for PS5 – so you’ll notice that some key features, like HDR, headset feedback, eye tracking, adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback (other than rumble), are not available when playing on PC."

This is why I would personally say to people, don't support the headset, Why can't Sony support the pc players. Lets face it they go exclusive resident evil and didn't support the pc. I don't see any reason why it can't be supported with eye tracking, Hdr. the pc will do a much better job. It's like Sony only ever want things for themselves.

Officially, no. But I wouldn't be surprised if people manage to get it working, along with other features Sony didn't let PC users have. Not surprised, because "officially" they don't allow the PS5 controller to use adaptive triggers, but people got them to work unofficially.
This is the most important feature they need to bring over

It would be a huge differentiator for headsets at this price point , and would unlock big performance gains

so basically, an outdated VR/any VR there is from years ago and newer ones included.
This is the most important feature Sony needs to add.

OpenXR supports eye tracking. If Sony added eye tracking to their driver, there would be a couple dozen games it would work with out of the gate

iVRy driver developer said that he could some see eye tracking data with the third party adapter. But the feature is not high on his priority list.

Yeah I just heard about this on digital foundry and I thought they mentioned an expensive subscription model for those features? Or is that speculation? I'd think it's complete BS to say it's limited by the tech being tied to a PS5 as the tech is both hardware and driver specific. The eye tracking is built into the headset I'd have to assume. Just seems like creating demand through negative reinforcement marketing. Getting a positive response from a negative event (huge negative reaction to unreleased feature set to then be added...for a price).
