No audio from headset earbuds, no PSVR2 output device
I've read a couple of others with this problem, but no solutions yet. I've managed to get everything visually working great (with the help of a new WiFi/BT card) but I'm not getting any audio through the headset's earbuds.

For those of you who DO have working audio, a question: does a PSVR2 audio output device appear in your sound output device list? I don't have one in the output devices, but I do have a PSVR2 microphone listed under input devices.

I'm not sure if the PSVR2 should have its own output device or the audio should come through "Steam Streaming Speakers." In any event, when I select that as the output device, I still get no audio. As a workaround, I'm using bluetooth earbuds which are OK, but it'd be nice to have the audio coming from the headset.

EDIT: Thanks to a kind Redditor, I have solved this problem. I used Driver Display Uninstaller to uninstall both my GPU and audio drivers in safe mode. Reinstalled Radeon GPU drivers and let Windows install the audio drivers (did not manually update to the latest Realtek drivers). After a few reboots (one after each driver uninstall), I ran SteamVR and reconnected my headset, and et viola... the PSVR2 output device now shows up in my audio devices, and I am getting audio thru the earbuds!

I was having this problem also.. but removing the drivers and doing a clean install did not work. Tried different GPU output ports and restarted my PC after every change, still did not work. It is more complicated because I use an ameliorated Windows so perhaps there is an issue. So I decided to update Windows, but I had Windows Update disabled so what I did was download the latest Windows 11 iso, extract it, run the setup and perform the upgrade that way, selecting the option to keep all apps and files. Now the GPU audio devices are available.

So if anyone else is having the same issue but reinstalling the drivers does not fix it, see if your Windows needs an update. I went from 22H2 to 24H2.
