Only impact from the new update I see is that it makes the game unplayable. It cannot be updated or downloaded.

this fake dev did it on purpose since it not HIS game and now he made sure that nobody can play the game.

The game is a scam. It was stolen from the original developer, who abandoned the project several years ago. As a result, it will never be completed. Refund it while you still can.
