This game doesnt need RES options. Its a 2D 480*270 game. RES options exist mostly because performance.
In a 2D game you only need Fullscreen(on/off) and window resize.
The team is taking care into the borderless issue by choosing between in making the window non borderless again or adding 2X/3X window size options...
Window size options are presented in the intended game ratio, aside from screen ratio. You are the one being presumptuous about 2d game development... that is how things just work here.
I'm not sure if english isn't your first language, or it is and you're trolling.
There are currently no window size options, that's the issue.
