Help with North 4 triangle door?

Hello all, I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, if it's happening to everyone, or if it's a bug of sorts.

This happened, and I can't really seem to figure out why the door won't even give me the prompt to open it. Am I missing something? Am I blind? It's asking for 4 north shards and I have all four.

Can we turn this into a "where the hell are the shards in this area" post?

I have 5 of 8, can't find these damn things. I also don't have enough keys to open the key door in this zone. :\

There is one that requires the boss weapon to get. That's one that can stump people.

That map helped me find 2 of the 3 I was missing.

The last one appears to be through the 3 shard door. I can hear the damn thing in this room where the two big bird wizards were.

Edit: Found it! It was a small opening at the bottom left of the room.

My game broke. Died and when I respawned everything went black except my character and some kind of block.
