Two doors not opening
I found two doors that don't open, both have a four triangle requirement symbol on the door. I meet the requirement for both and I infact have five triangles collected in the south.

* The door not far south of the Western Teleporter
* From the Southern Teleporter, go all the way south and then east to the door in the south eastern corner


Also, you know those locked doors with lock then the matrix of boxes below it. Well, I've activated two of the pillars (one in the West is near the boss door to the northwest then travelling to south. It's too hard to explain the one in the North. Are there more than two of them? Does anyone have any idea how to unlock it?

the doors you're referring to require 8 triangles to open. There's more of those types of doors. The one with the matrix of boxes below it are keys. You can find 16 of those keys throughout the game.

8 triangles!!? Why? They have 4 triangles on them? The door with 3 triangles symbol requires 3 and the one with the 4 triangles symbol requires 8!!! That's bizzare.

I thought each area only has 4 triangles each .. Or do you mean 8 triangles from all areas?

If you look closely those doors show 8 triangles. Each area has 8 triangles for a total of 32. Some are more hidden than others.

After checking, yeah, it is actually a sqaure. Diamond centre of 4 triangles, plus another four triangles around it to make it a sqaure of 8 triangles.

I think it is actually 7 triangles you need, but I don't know yet. Damn this is hard.

Oh, thanks .. I noticed now, i thought the outer triangles are just artistic framing .. Silly me XD

But damn, the other 4 are damn well hidden, plenty of secrets in this game .
