West diamond piece

So I am in the room for the 3rd piece I need and I have seen it from dashing from way above but I can't see any way of getting to it

If I stand here I can see a lower part of that area, but again no way to get to it

Am I missing something? I've been walking around this area for about an hour now

Head around to the North until you reach the North Eastern most group of prison cells in this underground section. There are some laser turrets and cat rifle dudes in there. The most North Eastern cell in this group has a secret passageway on it's Eastern wall, walk through there and you can head South to eventually reach the area you are trying to access.

I don't think I would have ever found it by myself and I'm usually good at that kind of thing...

No problem I was stuck on the forcefield puzzle to the South West of this for ages myself.
