Help north zone dark area with moving block

Hi guys I got some problem in the north zone, I've defeated the boss and then go back south to take the last triangle fragment, and I'm stuck in this zone where you are in the dark there is a first moving block easy to pass then I continue kill some foe activate a device and at the far right of the area there is a second moving block but I really don't know how to pass it since the level is in the dark and every time you die you have to go through the whole area again which is pretty annoying...

Does anyone know how to pass this block?

I assume you've probably passed the block by now, but for anyone else with the same question: you can ride the block down and it shouldn't squish you at the bottom. From there you can go left and get the fragment.
