Songbringer reminded me a bit of it. The isometric hack 'n slash adventuring deal, albeit more in the vein of Zelda. Can have some very similar play style in combat when an item is obtained that allows for dashing.

Resolution had a demo years ago I played, and I felt some similarities. It was a lot slower and very floaty feeling by comparison, but had its frenetic moments.

Lucah: Born of a Dream is a game I haven't actually played, so I can't speak from firsthand experience. But its trailer gave me a lot of HLD vibes.

Unsighted. You want Unsighted.

Don't let the "Limited time" gimmick dissuade you, you can play Explorer Mode and disable it for a first time playthrough if you don't want the pressure of a clock ticking down.

Amusingly enough, it has a Hyper Light Drifter inspired item you can equip too.

Gameplay is pretty different, but aesthetically FEZ is quite similar and they share the same composer, Disasterpiece.

Death Door is heavy inspired by Hyper Light Drifter and a really good game overall

It's still in early access, but when I last played it a few months ago, it kinda felt like Hyper Light Drifter and Fallout had a baby.

Highly recommend CrossCode as well.

Well, I have some games in my wishlist, which are similar to HLD in terms of artstyle. Like this for example

Everything mentioned so far is great!

My favorites are Songbringer, Resolutiion, and Unsighted.

I just started Death Trash though, and so far it looks REALLY cool. Just haven't played enough yet to post an opinion.
