The image is indeed present, page 174, as a miniature colour rough by, according to the legend, Cosimo Galluzzi. He was involved in the project as Art Support / Cinematics.
The legend also says it's a story frame, but I played the game so long ago I cannot confirm nor deny if/when it is included in the final game.

If you are asking if the book comes with a printed framable picture, it does not, as far as I remember.
