Best outfit set for NG+?

So I just found out that Ochre's effect gets overriden by NG+ cape, which is a pity; that discouraged me from finding the monoliths.
Currently I only own Purple outfit.

I liked Blue set in the normal game for the faster attacks after my third slash, but I feel like in NG+ there's very few times you'll ever be able to land that amount of hits without risking death. And if you have that much of an opening, you might as well just do the 1-slash then charged slash combo for much bigger damage output.

Orange is a nice one for slightly reducing grenade cooldowns, and it can be obtained fairly early because it's only behind a 1-key door in the East region (which in my opinion, is where on NG+ you should go first anyway, for the shotgun).

I actually went first to the North, since Railgun is required for several puzzles (again, at first my primary target was monoliths). But I guess I'll go to East next (Big gun is my favorite, but holy smokes, the King is just too difficult), thanks!.

Just in case, you've only mentioned one outfit. Are you implying that Purple is a good choice? I just feel like there may be an even better option than double stamina.
