Bought this game on Switch

I have to say - Switch + Hyperlight Drifter is a combination made in heaven. This console was made for pixel art games.

And not gonna lie - I was absolutely not convinced about buying the game, as it seemed meh for me. I have to say - NO TRAILER NOR GAMEPLAY VIDEO will EVER give you what this game actuallye feels and plays like.

And I immediately fell in love with the game after seeing the intro. THe animations, the graphics, the music. My gods! I felt like starting Chrono Trigger for the first time (which is like starting an epic adventure not knowing what it may bring, but being genuinely happy about it. Even if this games goes bad towards the end, I don't care - in this case The Journey will be what will count).

So don't know if developers will even read this - but THANK YOU. Now I'm off to enjoy the game.

It's really refreshing to see a new player be positive for a change. 9 out of 10 people complain about difficulty, the lack of dialogue, the ♥♥♥♥ map (yeah it kinda sux) etc etc. Good luck on your drift ;)
