Changing language to English

The translation in my native language (Italian) is just horrible. I know it's just the menus, but it's cringy to read sentences in Italian that make no sense at all (jeez, how can you translate LITERALLY from English in 2016?). The problem is that I can't find the "language" setting in the properties of the game as usual, so how do I change language to English?

I'm not sure if there's a way you can switch languages. But you should be able to change menu text by opening a file called "MenuText" in the installation location with a text program (like Notepad). The default for me is;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HyperLightDrifter

I changed my "Continue Game" text to "Let's Boogie".


If you're feeling unwarrantedly productive, you could also send grammatically correct translations to [e-mail] and maybe they'll fix it for the sake of other Italian-fluents.
