..Anyone know what the heck I'm meant to do here? I've somehow put water on the floor, got rid of garlic, clicked a couple switches, and opened/closed just about every drawer except the number 9 one..and most things I click just get Violett doing her "no-can-do" grunt.

get the number 7 drawer closed and click the key thing it shuts the spiders door . Other than that Im stuck too.

I hope you could understand what I'm going to write because I don't speak english very well, you should close all the drawers to close the number 9 and you could see the fourth switch. for the spider on the floor you should to take off the string near the drawer number 9 it will close the door where the spiders go out. I hope it will help you.

to get out of there look at the arrow on the drawer itself
the idea is to close or open all the drawers that the number indicates
< 9 means closing them all except 1
the idea of that room is to help caterpillar get rid of the spiders that attack him

The numbers on the drawers mean e.g.: "6>" = 6 must be out to move this one. Or e.g. "<8" 8 must be in to move it.
But I can not find a way to the switch behind the line with the frog, glove and show. Behind the pink show on the line there is teh 4th switch. How to reach this?

Somebody has a hint?

Found one of the rings, but the darn catepillar wants another and I swear I clicked everything.

Personally i manage to get rid of the spiders but after i am able to go down the Caterpillar requests a ring in return for a key to unlock the trapped mana, but once i hand it over nothing seem to have happened, and i have no option to continue to the next area, just to make sure this isnt a bug is there something more i need to do in that room besides getting rid of the spiders and handing over the ring (dont tell me what it is though).
