I'm guessing Hydro Thunder Hurricane will probably stay on Windows 8 and XBLA for the foreseeable future, since it's a Microsoft product. But they have brought some games over to Steam, so who knows.
I hope you enjoy Riptide GP2 -- it's a different game from HTH, although there's a lot that will be familiar to you. It's less of an arcade racer with shortcuts etc. and more of a futuristic motocross on water hybrid. There's a lot of content, though, including vehicle customization and some other things we didn't get into HTH.
Thanks for your input on HTH I can always hope for it but am very happy with your current lineup . I do have GP2 on my iPad mini and it runs very nice! smooth framerate and good controls. I'm very excited to play this with a proper contoller, online with 6 of my friends.
Thanks again, and I;m sure GP2 will be a great success on steam for you guys. I will do everything I can to help promote it (podcast, Youtube, Twitch Stream ect). I look forward to this and your other games!

Thanks Jason! We don't really do "advertising" in any traditional sense, so any word of mouth you guys can give us is hugely appreciated!
It's been on the pc for the past year. :) You just need Windows 8 and you'll find it in the store. Works like a dream. Vector, please make games like that. I'm not a fan of being forced to do tricks to win. I just want to play a fast-paced, excited racer with creative track design. Tricks aren't my bag.
It was good for what it was but Hydro Tunder on the Xbox with a contoller and Xbox Live was way better. Riptide was just as good as Hydro Tunder tablet, I'm hoping it'll be awesome on Steam.
The original Riptide GP was one of the first games I bought for my Nexus 7, and it was so great I bought GP2 on the day it was released. Now it looks like I might just get it on Steam, too!
Is there any news of Hydro Thunder Go being released on Steam? I was so disappointed that it was a mobile-only game, and playing these games on a phone is so awkward.
