How do you destroy them?

The game says "use explosives" but I tried Demo's explosives charge and it didn't work (either by placing it next to the tank and shooting it or trying to place it directly on the tank.)

For anyone else, I found in a bit of the Japanese guide that I missed that you need TWO of demo's bombs to destroy them. (Though they have to be basically ontop of it and it seems bullets do nothing to the tank.)

Apparently it doesn't respawn though at least.

You can just speedrun and get to end of level in under 2 mins
