Sydern + Infiltration

Not much of a suggestion, but I wonder if is this working as intended or not. So basically I play Sydern in Support Zone, max Resource doesn't increase, next turn I play Infiltration switching Sydern to my opponent's Support Zone, but Sydern's effect still takes affects on my side. I feel that shouldn't be the case and the effect should also applied when my opponent has Sydern. Is it a bug? or working as it should?

Also make Drag Down a factionless card?
