Decode numbers into letters puzzle
What's do you call puzzles like the one near the end where you have to decode nrs into letters?

It's fun so I want to find more online (so if you know any sites that would be great!)

Well, if you take this kind of text as an encoded message, the method is called "substitution cipher".
Googling for
substitution cipher puzzle
gave me this puzzle generator as first link:

That puzzle was very unfair. More luck than skill is needed. I did NOT like it. Actually, I'm a little angry.

That's a pity. There are methods to solve them, such as
- solitary letters in an English message usually only are "I" or "a" (save for exceptions when they represent physical units such as volt or mathematical variables)
- in the English language, the most frequent letter is E, so whatever character appears the most often in the message is likely to be E
- after that, letter frequency is T, A, O, I, N, S ...
That could have given you a base to start from so you wouldn't have needed as much frustrating luck. But it's good to hear you made it either way.

She actually tips you, she mentions the apostrophes. You get a free "L", as it's the only double letter after an apostrophe (as in - we'll), and then you have two extra apostrophes with different letters, which can only be T and S. With these three letters you can solve the puzzle easily.
It is actually really easy. Every puzzle of this type in english is pretty much guaranteed to have the word "the" in them. Just find the 3 word pattern that looks like "the". And then find the "T" then the "H" then the "E". After that you have a solid foundation to solve the rest of the puzzle.
