Will they make a Arkham Horror game?

Hello all,

Does anybody know if FF will ever plan to make Arkham Horror on PC / iPhone one day? Or they don't care at all about Arkham? (they're still releasing addons though, aren't they?)

Elder Signs is pretty fun but so damn hard, I don't get how to win a game since it's launch but I've always been a fan of Arkham Horror which is far better than this one IMHO.
And with all the expansions, well, there's money there for FF isn't it?

Or are they afraid the PC version would make too much shadow to the board game?

I continue to hope that one day they'll make one pc version since Arkham is way more deep than Elder signs and had a lot of fun to play with my friends but it's so game so time consuming and with so many pieces to set that nobody wants to play when we're finally together. *sigh*

I saw that Elder Signs was having more success has a board game than Arkham Horror somehwere though they released a pc version of it.
Which is missing Local Play but anyway.

Hopefully they'll make one but I Iknow I won't hold my breath.

Man... My buddy and I talk pretty regularly about how much we wish they'd make a PC/console arcade Arkham Horror game. Having the system do all that micromanagement for you so that EVERYBODY gets to focus on strategizing rather than somebody always having to pay attention to the game affects to make sure everything happens right, not having to set up, not having to find a place that has enough ROOM to set up(especially for larger games with all expansions). Even if the multiplayer was split screen/LAN only that'd rock. The expansions could be sold as DLC.... Yeah, to me, Arkham Horror being translated into a video game is a total no brainer for Fantasy Flight, much more so than Elder Signs which... I wouldn't even care about at all if it wasn't set in the Arkham universe cause it's just Cthulhu Yahtzee really. Saying this to the original poster, no more Arkham expansions are coming but if you're pining for more of that sort of thing then you should check out their other two board games set in the Lovecraftian universe. Both Mansions of Madness and Eldritch Horror are fantastic. And Eldritch Horror has three expansions already(2 card based expansions and 1 board based expansion)with a fourth on the way(another board based expansion). Anyways, back to topic, if it was a money thing that's stopping them(and as much money as they make off their sales I don't buy that, the full set of Arkham alone is $250-$300 depending on where you by)then do a damn kickstarter campaign. I'd back it, my Arkham horror buddies would all back it. Anybody who loves H.P. Lovecraft would see this game on their Xbox Live arcade store(or whatever have you), play it, love it and probably end up wanting to go buy the actual game so they could play with their non(video)gaming friends. This Arkham Horror game just simply needs to be a thing, that's all there is to it. Imagine having an 8 player Arkham game right at your fingertips whenever you want.

P.S. @Souls-stream, you should try AH solo sometime. it's a really neat way to pass the time. Just use two or three investigators and treat it like a three player game. Very fun.

Ya, I try to do that but setting the game up is tedious, it takes at least 30min to an hour to set up + game time which is rarely less than 2hours.

Mansions of madness is amazing, I try to play it as well alone but it's kinda weird.
Wouldn't mind that one in video game since it's already a rogue game in itself basically.

Eldritch Horror, a friend has it and we already played a couple times but even if there's a lot more flavour text, I don't like it as much.

I just wish FFG would dare more to come on the PC market, elder sign was a very bad choice since in itself, the game is really hard and all about randomness which leads to losing !
