Change shortcuts and freeze frame time?

Hello Movavi,
1. shortcuts
is it possible to change the shortcuts? For example from CTRL+E to e only.
Especially for frame forward and backwards it's annoying to use CTRL everytime.
Or splitting a video by CTRL+B instead of b alone.
I really don't use your software cause of this (I have an older version) 😅

2. freeze frame
Is it possible to change the freeze frame time of four seconds or is it hardcoded?
I know that I can change it manually everytime in the editor. That won't help me, if I have to change it fourty time in a single video, annoying, you know 😊

Unfortunately, our software does not allow you to change the keyboard shortcuts or the freeze frame duration by default. However, we will forward your suggestions to the development department and perhaps it will be taken into account when developing updates to our software.

thanks for your fast and honest response. 😊

I really like your software and it has some advantages above for example: Magix Movie Studio (Magix Video Deluxe), Vegas Pro, Shotcut and Filmora.
In Vegas Pro there is only a horrible workaround to make freeze frames by saving pictures and manually put them in the timeline 😳. In Movavi it's soo simple. But I don't use it cause of the missing simple shortcuts.

For your devs:
as a first workaround it would be enough for me (and I think some other persons who asked for the shortcut question in the internet on Reddit and Youtube).
Use a text configuration file. Saving and loading is simple for programmers.
Building and testing a UI is a bit more working heavy.
