I've figured out the Oliver and Dr Awkward gravestones but I'm stuck on what to do with the Sniggiy T Yiggins one. I know the name is a palindrome along with the code on the first grave but nothing I've done is working.

Try looking at his journal in his house and pay attention to the names

It took me about four hours to figure out how to get into the house where the book is located. However, it turned out to be quite obvious. When you're on the highest floor, you can access it by slipping through the chimney, make some noise; perhaps you'll find something.
