Fuse
Hair Clipping
I have a character with long hair and a tophat, but the hair is clipping through the hat. Is there any way to make it so that doesn't happen?

In 1.3, only if you edit the model in something like blender

You can try to get Fuse CC (Preview) from the Adobe website, I'm downloading it now, it has PBR (much better textures) and new character and clothing types, plus hair types that don't clip. So overall better. :)

Actually the Adobe Fuse CC comes with a much smaller clothing/hair/textures database than Fuse 1.3 has.
Most of the content from Adobe Fuse CC was just copied directly from the library of Fuse 1.3, and there are only a few new items that are unique to Adobe's Fuse.

Not to forget the teething problems that are showing up in the new Fuse, like the auto-rigging issues, and uploaded Fuse CC characters simply not formatting so you can't download them.
While the hair clipping problems have been sorted out with Fuse CC, there are new and unexpected problems causing a great deal of frustration for the new Adobe Fuse CC users.

Yeah, I installed 1.4 CC Preview, now it won't even launch. Grrrr

Did you try launching the program through Adobe Creative Cloud?

But their web site problems have now expanded to include Fuse 1.3 characters again, and they are failing to auto-rig once again.

I have uploaded Fuse 1.3 characters today and everything was going fine, but they are now getting stuck in the auto-rigging stage AGAIN.

PS: I sorted my SFM model resizing problem by dropping out of the SFM Beta testing, and installing the currently released version of SFM.

Yup, Tried Loading it as stand-a-lone, tried launching it through the cloud, nothing except program starts (visible in task manager), Computer thinks about it for a few seconds then kills the process and nothing.

Is your AV or Firewall blocking Adobe from having internet access?
Sounds like it's attempting to connect online to the Adobe server just like SFM normally needs to be online with Steam to run.

No, firewall allows the CC. I'm about to do a reinstall. I'm just wondering if Adobe is starting to limit the Preview activity as it sets up for the release of FUSE CC Proper. Then again, that probably just paranoia... lol

I tried launching Fuse CC just a little while ago, and it did exactly what your's did and just closed Fuse before it actually launched.
But I persisted and kept on trying to launch it, and it finally did launch itself and open.

It took a few goes at it, but it did start eventually.

Same here
Was there plan how long this CC Preview is "online" before official Fuse CC is coming out?

Edit:
I just checked that there was no update in log files. It closes before creating new log file
