I'd like to figure that out as well...This software allows you to let your imaginations come to life on your system. It's truely amazing.

What part of the process are you stuck at? I've made plenty of clothes for Fuse, so I can help, but I need to know where you are in the workflow? Have you made your clothing meshes and need to know how to import? Are you still in the clothing creation phase? Do you have an understanding of color masks, UVs, normal maps, and baking?

I'm afraid you didn't really answer my questions in a way that lets me tailor an answer to your skill level, but I'll give you a broad overview.

You'll need a 3D modeling tool like Blender, Zbrush, Maya, modo, or similar. You'll also need the Content Creator Pack from here: https://www.mixamo.com/fuse/import. Inside that zip file, you'll find the male and female base meshes. Import the base mesh you want to create clothes for into your 3D modeling tool. Create your clothes to fit around the model and UV the clothing mesh. Make your high poly sculpt and bake the normals to the low poly mesh. Paint the color mask, create an AO mask in whatever tool you prefer (I export the AO from Substance Painter or use Knald). Make an occlusion mask off the body, so those parts of the body can be occluded when the clothes are covering it.

Open Fuse. Go to File --> Import Clothing, and follow the import steps. Test your clothing and assign textures in Fuse and see what it looks like.

That should get you started. You can also reference the tutorial Ms. Mathews wrote here: https://community.mixamo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203791536-Tutorial-Creating-Custom-Fuse-Clothing for additional information.

Fuse was purchased by Adobe a few years ago, who never actually supported it once they bought it. They basically bought it and killed it. For a while they left the rigging tool online, but I'm not sure if that works any longer..
