Can't autorig on mixamo.com

Hello, I can't autorig, it is stuck at the first screen "Auto-rig..." with ce white circle which turning, I let it all the night and nothing happened.
Plz help I need to implent a character to my comics book tomorrow ! And that character is important :'(

Their web site has been very glitchy today but dont panic just yet.
I had the same problem not long ago today, but the models did upload and had been auto-rigged.
Like you I was stuck on the one page watching the circle go around endlessly, but when I checked my Assets they were in there and finished.

I've got a blue triangle down right in my model. And it is noticed that the model is'nt rigged yet. But thx, I'll wait.

If the character is in your Assets on the Mixamo website but is not yet rigged, click the Edit Rigging button to start the rigging process over again.
And I will recheck the website wilth a test character to see if the auto-rigger up and running again.

Well the test character I upoaded auto-rigged just fine, so your character should be okay to auto-rig now.

Mystery solved.
Once again it was attaching facial hair to the Fuse 1.3 character that was causing the problem.

Solution: Remove all moustaches and beards, then re-upload character to Mixamo.
