In BGII Djinn was fine.
Whatever. Found solution in official forum, from Beamdog representative. There IS a bug, and the solution is to wait for patch. Brilliant.
I've completed the game over a dozen times from beginning to end over three seperate computers using three different editions (i.e. Original, Original Saga, and GOG versions). I've never encountered or even heard of this bug in the original releases.
I'm waiting until they release a major update to fix all the issues in BG1 Enhanced before even thinking about buying BG2 Enhanced. Also, it took Beamdog 11 months to release a major patch for BG1 Enhanced after release and the quest triggering bugs that break the game (i.e. unable to finish side quests and main quests) are still present.
