*SPOILERS* Flail Acid Head Help Needed...

So, I had two of the parts after I finished de'Arnise Keep, and I couldn't figure out what to do with the rest so I looked it up.

Apparantely Glacias was supposed to give it to me, but that never happened. I saved too, so I'm ♥♥♥♥ed.

Anyways, what happened was that as soon as I walked in, Nalia was hinting about him, so I casted Dispel Magic on Glacias. Although it missed, apparently it still dispelled him. He came to his senses and ran off to look for the Captain. He disappeared. Now what?

Can I still find him somewhere to get the flail head?

Well, I have a save from before I started the Keep. Guess I'll have to redo that in the meantime...

Ah, I think I know why I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up. I saved him AFTER defeating the Troll leader. I didn't get a dialogue about assembling the Acid head to defeat the trolls, instead he just wanted to go and find the captain.

This time, since I went straight for him, he mentioned the captain needing to put it together to defeat the trolls.

I don't know if he despawns or relocates, I always kill him. But if you could still find him after clearing the keep, you could always just kill him for the flail head. If other npcs turn hostile when you attack him, you could charm him and then kill him.

As a last resort you could always download EE-keeper (savegame editor) and place the missing flail head in your inventory.

All of the NPCs were gone, including the Captain, so I had no idea where to look. All the Google searches seem to only come up with getting the Flail Head at that moment.

But, I ended up reloading to an older save, lost a few hours, but I have the Flail of Ages +3 now.
