Misplaced Aerie romance dialogue with every step (new voice set issue)

Anyone else finding that they have random romance dialogue from the Aerie romance showing up the events/update window (whatever that's called) with every step? It's listed as being spoken by my character*, and it's really distracting. I just started the game, and every time I give my group a move order, I see it.

It seems to be the same lines each time. For instance: "You're out of our mind, Aerie"; her saying that in case she dies you part ways, thanking you for showing her something better than flying; "Yes, well... let's just continue our travels, shall we?"; perhaps you kept her away because you didn't care enough for her.

Anyone else find something similar? Have you found a way around it? If you haven't seen it, what sort of character did you create? Was it imported? etc

*Character is male Blackguard imported from BG:EE - purchased from Beamdog, not through Steam.

EDIT: I think I figured out the issue. I was using the new male voice set created in BG:EE. Switched it to one of the old ones, and it cleared it up. That's really disappointing, I had gotten used to my British-sounding Blackguard. :\
