Completing Chapter 3 - BG2 Shasows of Amn - Bodhi's Quest

I chose the Bodhi's side and entered the Shadow thieve guild and rescued Tizzak and then enter the leader's room and killed Aran Linvail and co without leaving the guild. Then upon returning to Bodhi she doesn't acknowledge my tasks to being completed. Even though within my Journal under quests item titled "Perform Bodhi's Tasks to receive her aid" it states: "Aran Linvail, the Shadowmaster of the Shadow Thieves in Athkatla, is Dead. Now I must return to Bodhi and tell her that her grim task has been completed.". This entry appears after detailing how Tizzak was freed and provided info upon accessing Aran Linvail.

Why does this occur and how can I fix it?

I got the same bug and "fixed" it by typing this in LuaConsole:
C:SetGlobal("BodhiJob", "GLOBAL", 4)

To activate the console add this line to your C:\Users\xxx\MyDocuments\Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition\Baldur.lua

SetPrivateProfileString('Program Options','Debug Mode','1')

Start the game, load the savegame and press Ctrl+Spacebar to bring up the console.
