Adaron?
I am in the underdark and need to get into Ust Natha. I killed the Balor and got the light gem. I even did the children of Demogorgon part and killed the kua-toan tadpoles, killed the beholder, killed the drow gaurding the door, etc. I can't go through the door and there are no unexplored areas in my Western Tunnels map. Any tips?

What's the state of the Drow City?
If you haven't turned them hostile yet, try completing their questline (the city guards you have to talk to should only spawn after Adalon transforms your party into drow). If that doesn't work, kill everyone and takle the eggs from the temple in the Drow city to Adalon (which should trigger her teleporting you to the exit). If that doesn't work, you could try killing Adalon (if you happen to be evil, you'll need her blood anyway) - you either need her help, or an item she holds to unlock the exit.

You don't understand...
Before I found Adalon's cave, I killed the gaurd to the main gate, and I can't get in. My party is all good characters. Since we are on the topic of blood, i may as well ask: Do I need to keep the blood of the Kua-Toan Prince and the Elder brain?

The gaurds were there before the transformation. There was a regular drow, and priestess, and a wizard. I killed them because they attacked me.

Yea I think you can't get in now. You might as well just head to the surface through the Koa-Toa dungeon/tunnels.

Where is that then? Western Tunnels go to Ust Natha, Eastern Tunnels are Illithids. Did I miss an area?
If you are talking about the area with the tadpoles and the prince, there is no tunnel to the surface from there.

Look at this map: http://mikesrpgcenter.com/bgate2/maps/ar2100.html

The way you are intended to progress is to 1) get the light gem
2) go into the dark cave and talk to Adalon, who will transform the party into drow to infiltrate the Drow City of Ust Natha in the top right cornern
3) do a series of quests in the city that result in you getting the dragon's eggs
4) return the eggs
5) Adalon will teleport you to the dungeon exit (located in the Kua-Toa area/Western Tunnels) and unlock the exit

Alternatively, if you happen to be evil you can also kill Adalon, take her blood (needed to craft some armour wearable only by evil characters) and a scroll that will unlock the exit.

Once you have been turned into drow, it is possible for you to blow your cover which will turn the entire city hostile, forcing you to kill everyone in Ust Natha to get the dragon's eggs.
However, you encounter a few Drow Patrols in the Underdark which you can kill without turning the city hostile. As I said, new guards will teleport in near the entrance of Ust Natha to talk to you after you have been transformed into Drow.
I am not sure if killing the Drow in the Western Tunnels will turn the city hostile [I've honestly never tried this]

Were there supposed to be a first set of gaurds while I was human? I killed those ones. They started friendly, then talked to me and attacked.

Yes, there are hostile drow in the Underdark. You can kill them without having to worry since you encounter them before Adalon casts her illusion.
[The only issue is that I think I've read somewhere that killing the drow in the Kua Toa dungeons turns the city hostile, which I can't confirm right now.]

As for the kua toa blood - it's one of three possible ingredients the matron mother will accept in the Ust Natha quest line (the options being to kill an Elder Orb, raid the mindflayer city, or to kill the Kua Toa Prince). If you are not going to do that quest line these items become useless.

I mean the drow that start peaceful in front of the doors in the Western Tunnels. They are dead.
And for the blood, do I need both elder brain and kua-toa?

Nevermind, I rested and it fixed itself. I can get into Ust Natha.

They are irrelevant. You are not supposed to encounter them this early, but it doesn't matter if you do - you will find a door "warded with drow sorcery" which you cannot open.

And for the blood, do I need both elder brain and kua-toa?
You only need one item
