ToB bug

I have installed a bunch of mods for BG2 and ToB and apparently one of the messed up some of the dialogs. At first it was just random lines of text and it wasnt too bad but towards the end of BG2 a lot of main story text was messed up. Now to make matters worse the game really gliched after I killed the green dragon bhaal spawn in its lair, the cutscene where melissana is captured gliched and after it ended those monks and the last bhaalspawn stayed in the cave with the dead dragon, after a fight they all died and now when I try to go and finish the game the desert castle throne room is ampty... I have one earlier save, kind of sucks since it was a good few hours since I've done it but I'm not sure if the game wont just glich again. Any 1 else had something like this happen? Starting to think I should have just left the game the way it was and play it like I did 13 or so years ago...

Well after reinstalling the game with only Ajantis mod to keep the save from crashing I got through the bug I encountered earlier, however now I am stuck at the very end of chapter 9... After killing the final monster in the 5th challange of pocket plane the gate will only let me return to last location (throne room of the monk dude) not bhaals trone room. I get the notification in my journal that says I am good to go but the option is not there. Seriously, the original game was less bugged than this, and this is with only one mod installed. I will try to edit my save and maybe move my party to bhaal throne room and see what happens, dont know what else to do, I tried earlier save but still got stuck in same spot.
